Stay Secure & Enable 2FA by 21st June 2025!

 

As part of Poems ongoing efforts to strengthen account security and safeguard against increasing risks of cybersecurity threats, Phillip Securities will be implementing mandatory Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all POEMS trading accounts in phases, starting on 21 June 2025.

 

Phase 1: Individual and Joint Accounts

Investors with Individual and Joint accounts will be required to enable 2FA by 21 June 2025 (Saturday) to continue accessing their POEMS trading accounts.

Emphasize Early Setup
Please enable the 2FA before the deadline as early as possible to prevent any trading interruptions. 

First trading day after the deadline is Monday, 23 June, and accounts without 2FA enabled will not be able to access POEMS.
