The Own Portfolio Book (Scrap Book) module will be retired on 31 January 2026 as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance accuracy and deliver a better user experience. Relevant announcements have also been posted on POEMS platform.
You may want to encourage your client to use the Export to Excel function to download their records for reference before the feature is discontinued.
However, please note that the information in “Own Portfolio Book (Scrap Book)” in POEMS is provided for convenience as an indicative and the information displayed in “Own Portfolio Book” may NOT accurately reflect the actual total shareholdings.
After 31 January 2026, the Own Portfolio Book (Scrap Book) will only be available for Cash Trading account types.
For an accurate view of the total shareholdings:
- CDP-linked account type (Cash Trading & Cash Management): For shares custodied with CDP, please log in to the SGX Investors Portal (https://investors.sgx.com/login.html) to check the available holdings.
- Shares purchased using CPF or SRS are custodied with CPFIS agent bank or SRS operator (DBS, OCBC, or UOB). Please log in to the bank's platform to check the available holdings.
- All other account types: Refer to Holdings (Scrip Positions) for SGX and foreign shareholdings.
