We are pleased to share with you that we are offering ZERO Brokerage when clients trade ESR-REIT Odd Lots (9A4U) from 5 May to 30 May 2025!
This initiative is part of our support following ESR-REIT’s unit consolidation, where every 10 units have been consolidated into 1 unit. As a result, clients may now hold odd lots in their accounts (including POEMS, CDP, CPF, or SRS holdings).
To assist clients in managing these odd lots, we are waiving commission fees for odd lot trades of ESR-REIT during this promotional period. Clients can either consolidate their holdings into standard board lots or liquidate remaining odd lots without incurring brokerage charges
